Tier 1- Group
very strong characters, who are bery useful in the current finish.
Briliant picks that we should account when we selecting champions.
Tier 2- Champions, which little miss to be in the forefront of the league. Still very strong picks, performing its job well.
Tier 3- Balanced champions, no protruding in one way or the other. Worth to pick when it leaves us no better.
Tier 4- Champions who can check out the individual match-ups, but a lot of them missing to stand on an equal footing with representatives of the higher tiers. Usually fairly inefficient or situational picks.
